  • Export: export 95% of agricultural products, including fruits such as mango, longan and coffee via Hanoi and Hai Phong. 

Infrastructure

  • Highway: Renovating the national highway system. There is a plan to build an expressway from Hoa Binh to Moc Chau, Son La
  • Solutions to respond to climate change through the disaster-responsive rural development project are being submitted for approval.
