Mr. Kubo Yoshimoto - Senior Representative of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Vietnam said that between Japan and Vietnam, the medium and long-term vision for agricultural cooperation has been developed since 2015 based on policy dialogues between the Ministers of Japan MAFF and Vietnam MARD.
“In this vision, Nghe An is one of the priority areas for cooperation. By taking advantage of natural and human conditions and using Japanese technology in production, we expect to maximize the effectiveness of development and investment in Nghe An”, Mr. Kubo Yoshimoto said.
Attending the event, there were 180 delegates from authorties and departments of Nghe An province, many Japanese and Vietnamese enterprises and agricultural cooperatives.
In the future, along with promoting the results of this seminar, JICA will continue to cooperate and support to further promote business activities of Japanese enterprises in Nghe An province.
